Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges.

• Not smoking: Smoking isn't allowed inside the properties. It's also not permitted in outdoor areas if the smoke could disturb other guests or nearby individuals. 

• Pool (if applicable): Maintenance is performed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in the morning. Please wait two hours after maintenance before using the pool. We require access to the property for maintenance. If we cannot reach you, we will enter the property to perform maintenance unless you notify us otherwise in advance.

• Occupancy: The primary guest must not leave other guests on the property upon their final departure.

• Cleaning Fee: The Airbnb service fee is not a cleaning fee.

  • If cleaning is not included: The property must be left in the same condition as it was received.

  • If cleaning is included: The property will be swept, properly disinfected, and all towels and linens will be changed. Even so, you must return the property tidy and in good condition, removing all trash upon departure. If deep cleaning is required, additional charges will apply.

• Linens and Towels: These are changed once per week.

• Toiletries: Soap and toilet paper are provided only upon your arrival; you may request more at an additional cost.

• Care of Items: Avoid staining or taking towels, linens, or toiletries to prevent charges.

• Electronics: Turn off the air conditioning and other appliances when leaving, even briefly, to avoid unnecessary use.

• Reservations and Responsibility: You are not permitted to book the property for use by another person. If you do, you remain responsible for the accommodation and must forward all relevant information to them.

• Check-out Time: Please be punctual with your check-out time to avoid additional charges.

• Noise and Events: Maintain a reasonable volume during the day and especially after 9:00 p.m. Parties are not allowed.

• Lost Keys: Avoid losing your keys. Replacement charges will be significant, including new door and gate locks, labor, and new copies of all affected keys.

• Forgotten Items: Please check carefully when departing; we are not responsible for items left on the premises. If we find any of your belongings, we will notify you, and you will have 24 hours to retrieve them or arrange for them to be shipped at your expense.

• General Behavior: Please make respectful use of the facilities and resources provided, and maintain prudent behavior and healthy coexistence with neighbors and others you interact with during your stay.

• This information is public and forms part of your booking conditions.

El incumplimiento de estas normas puede generar cargos adicionales.

• No Fumar: No está permitido fumar dentro de las propiedades. Tampoco se permite fumar en las áreas exteriores si el humo puede molestar a otros huéspedes o personas cercanas. 

• Piscina (si aplica): El mantenimiento se realiza los martes, jueves y sábados por la mañana. Por favor, espere dos horas después del mantenimiento antes de usarla. Requerimos acceso a la propiedad para el mantenimiento. Si no logramos contactarlo, entraremos a la propiedad a menos que nos notifique con anticipación su objeción.

• Ocupación: El huésped principal no debe dejar a otros invitados en la propiedad al momento de su salida definitiva.

• Costo de limpieza: El cargo por servicio de Airbnb no es un cargo de limpieza.

  • Si la limpieza no está incluida: La propiedad debe dejarse en las mismas condiciones en que se recibió.

  • Si la limpieza está incluida: La propiedad será barrida, desinfectada y se cambiará toda la ropa de cama y toallas. Aun así, debe devolver la propiedad ordenada y en buenas condiciones, retirando toda la basura al salir. Si se requiere una limpieza profunda, se aplicarán cargos adicionales.

• Sábanas y toallas: Se cambian una vez por semana.

• Artículos de tocador: Jabón y papel higiénico se proporcionan solo a su llegada; puede solicitar más con costo adicional.

• Cuidado de enseres: Evite manchar o llevarse toallas, sábanas o artículos de tocador para evitar cargos.

• Aparatos electrónicos: Apague el aire acondicionado y otros aparatos al salir, incluso si es brevemente, para evitar el uso innecesario.

• Reservas y responsabilidad: No se permite reservar para que la propiedad sea utilizada por otra persona. Si lo hace, usted sigue siendo el responsable del alojamiento y debe reenviar toda la información relevante.

• Hora de salida: Sea puntual con su hora de salida para evitar cargos adicionales.

• Ruido y eventos: Mantenga un volumen prudente durante el día y especialmente después de las 9:00 p.m. No se permiten fiestas.

• Pérdida de llaves: Evite perder las llaves. Los cargos por reposición serán significativos, incluyendo nuevas cerraduras y copias de todas las llaves afectadas.

• Objetos olvidados: Revise bien sus pertenencias al salir; no nos hacemos responsables por objetos olvidados. Si encontramos algo, se lo notificaremos y tendrá 24 horas para recogerlo o solicitar un envío a su cargo.

• Comportamiento general: Haga un uso respetuoso de las instalaciones y recursos, y mantenga un comportamiento prudente y de sana convivencia con vecinos y otras personas durante su estancia.
